Amelie is a Hatha, Yin and Vinyassa flow yoga teacher while being as well a social worker. Her classes are bilingual.
Yoga represents for me a self engagement in a journey towards growth and healing through movement and presence. My classes are just a safe space where you can feel supported in your own journey.
During my classes, my objective is to facilitate your experience of yoga, which means allowing yourself to be present, to feel your body, your mind and your emotions, and to simply be. We will walk together towards freedom of the mind and give ourselves the right to feel the joy of being in the here and now.
Amelie loves combining methods from both social work and yoga, by sharing her interpretation of the yogic wisdom while also bringing some tools from the modern psychology like mindfulness, self compassion, stress management and mental health hygiene.
