Emily Dayane

Emily Dayane has been on a healing journey since 2012 after the birth of her first child.

She started meditating in 2014 when she did a Hatha yoga teacher training course at Ashtanga Montreal.

Since then, Meditation and yoga have been the best way to help her through life, especially during her separation.

Emily Dayane is a self-love coach and she  loves to support women in transforming their lives with acceptance, compassion and self-love.
