Ashtanga Yoga

Come learn how to purify your body through the breath (victorious ujjayi), energy locks (bandas), postures (asanas) coordination through sun salutations, and vinyasas (movements to maintain heat in the body). 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are made up of a sequence of movements that flow with respect to the integrity of the body. If you want to sweat a bit and connect yourself with your body and breath, this is for you! 

Hatha Yoga

Expertise: All levels

Hatha Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time— for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

Mudra, Mantra & Meditation

Expertise: All levels

Mudras are ancient gestures of the body, hands and face, used to access spiritual states of mind through the myriad of sensory and motor nerve endings in our hands and fingers. With practice through these gestures, we can evoke attitudes and qualities to improve our health in mind, body and spirit.

Mantras are sound vibrations practiced repetitively to calm the mind and body, to help bring on deeper meditation. Using a sound, word or phrase to improve focus and concentration.

Using different breath techniques along with the mudras and mantras will help relax more fully into the meditation.
