My teachings encourage movement of the entire body to help lubricate all of our joints, improve circulation helping to dislodge metabolic wastes and improve muscle tone. Use of the Bali Method to invoke the relaxation response to help maximize our power to rebuild, renew and repair itself.  By shifting from the rational mind to the intuitive mind, from thinking to feeling, our energy is being conserved for more useful purposes. Enjoy the feeling of being refreshed after completing the class!
