Former gymnast, yogini since 2014, yoga instructor since 2020 and acroyogini since 2023, I love to explore the limits of what my body and mind can do. On my mat, I center myself in the oasis of my mind and explore space through movements. Yoga helped me be more physically and mentally stable while creating space in my head and filling some in my heart.
I wish to help you (re)discover the possibilities that your own body can offer while reducing physical and mental stress and pain by postural alignment, muscular reinforcement, flexibility increase and breathing coordination.
