Lisa Veregin

Lisa completed her 200hr hatha/vinyasa yoga teacher training in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, and has been in love with teaching ever since. For Lisa, yoga and other meditative movement practices are more than exercise, they are ways to connect with ourselves holistically. Lisa incorporates a diverse range of techniques into practice to promote better well-being, including pranayama, meditation, intuitive movement, spirituality, Reiki, and mindfulness. Lisa is an artist at heart, finding joy in creativity through movement, and self-expression as a visual artist and writer. As another creative movement practice, Lisa also has a deep love for dance and music, including Salsa, Bachata, Brazilian Zouk, and Afrodance. She sees dance, yoga, creativity, and fitness as interconnected, connecting us deeper with our bodies and ourselves. She also loves travel and language, connecting with cultures all over the world, and finding beauty and joy wherever she goes.
