Large studio-$30/hr

RENTAL POLICY

We are happy to offer our studio space for private events, classes, and workshops. To ensure fairness and clarity for everyone, please review the following rental policies:

Booking & Deposit- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The balance is due 24 hours prior to your event.
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy- More than 7 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable, but no additional charges.
2–7 days before event: 50% of the total rental fee will be charged.
Less than 48 hours before event: Full rental fee is due.

Studio Use- Renters must respect the studio space, furnishings, and equipment.
Renters are responsible for cleanup unless prior arrangements are made.
Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

Time Policy- Rental time includes set-up and clean-up. Please book accordingly.
Going overtime will result in additional fees.
