A food technologist and a yoga teacher, Sahil offers yoga sessions that include the blend of mantras, mudras, yogic kriyas, asana, pranayama and meditation helping students to cleanse the body and develop neuromuscular coordination which helps them to be more physically, emotionally and spiritually at balance and peace along with improved flexibility and concentration.
Sahil believes that Yoga is for every “body” and everyone should benefit from this wisdom and practice. To make yoga accessible to everyone his practice includes basic sets of asanas that can be practised by anyone no matter the age, gender or body type.
Also, the sessions and space is LGBTQ+ friendly, come as you are.
Beginners are always welcome to kick start their yogic journey.
You can often find Sahil sharing insights about yogic and Indian philosophy with some tips about using food as a medicine.
