Samantha’s approach to yoga focuses on feeling good in the body.
She uses creative flows to slowly build up strength and work up to deeper postures. She completed her 200 hour YT certification in Vinyasa Flow at Studio Breathe in 2017 and has been continuously growing her practice around principles of balance, strength and joyful expression.
